If your order arrives damaged, or an item is wrong or missing, message us on WhatsApp (+917094814783) within 2 days of delivery, with a photo. We will replace the item or refund its amount.
Refunds go back to the UPI account you paid from, usually within 5–7 working days after we approve them.
To cancel an order, message us before it is dispatched — we will refund the full amount.
